I was born in Lansing April 20th, 1967, and have lived here all my life (except for six years serving my country in the Navy).

For the past 8 years I have worked for the Lansing Board of Water and Light as a Lineman. I am also a past-president of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 352, the labor union representing about 400 workers at the BWL.
